Amapola House is a three-level vacation villa located on a ocean-view hillside near Sandy Beach. The interior is designer-decorated and includes heirloom antiques and historic photos of Old Rincon. It offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a Starlight Veranda and a Sunset Terrace with a jumbo spa tub that overlooks a vast nature preserve and the sea. A fourth bedroom is situated on its own level and offers a private bathroom, terrace, Wi-Fi and network outlet, flat screen TV with cable service, compact refrigerator, coffee-maker and microwave oven.
Just minutes from the golden sand and pristine waters of Sandy Beach, this elegant Villa can comfortably accommodate an entire family or a large group of friends, up to eight persons. For larger groups, an adjacent twin home is also available. With construction fully completed, Amelia House is now accepting reservations.
Amenities: Rooftop terrace spa tub and sun deck chairs. A/C in all areas. Ceiling fans. Wi-Fi and network outlets. Flat screen TV's with cable service. Stereo with personal iPod connection. Maid service is available for stays of more than seven nights, or upon request at an extra charge.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet. It offers a network cable connection, as well as wireless access). The master bathroom has a shower. The main bathroom has a tub and shower head. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Beach towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, a wine cooler and a coffee/expresso maker. Cooking pots, pans and dining utensils are alsa provided. The dining area has a table that seats six. The living area has a flat panel TV and a CD/Tape stereo with personal iPod connection. The Starlight Terrace has rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh air and the views. The Sunset Terrace is accessed by spiral staircase and has tables, deck chairs and a spa tub.
We are offering a special introductory rate of $950 per week to the first five reservations for stays in August and September of 2008.
Summer Rates (4/16 - 11/14):
Three Bedrooms & Two Bathrooms (up to 6 Guests): $225 per night.
Four Bedrooms & Three Bathrooms (up to 8 Guests): $250 per night.
Winter Rates (11/15 - 4/15):
Three Bedrooms & Two Bathrooms (up to 6 Guests): $245 per night.
Four Bedrooms & Three Bathrooms (up to 8 Guests): $285 per night.
Holiday Rates:
Three Bedrooms & Two Bathrooms (up to 6 Guests): $325 per night.
Four Bedrooms & Three Bathrooms (up to 8 Guests): $350 per night.
For larger groups, an adjacent twin home is available at the same rates.
Rental Policies:
Reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits on cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. We advise you to purchase travel insurance. It is inexpensive and the smart thing to do. For competitive rates, go to InsureMyTrip.com. Extra persons will be surcharged $50 per night. Minimum stay is three nights. Complimentary maid service is provided for stays lasting two or more weeks, or upon request, at an additional charge. Rates do not include a 7% government room tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations made online will be assigned a confirmation code, which you must have at check-in.
