Amapola House is rented to one party at a time, with a choice of our home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, or with an additional lower terrace suite with 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. A play-pack crib is available at no additional cost.

Rental Policies:
Rental of Amapola House is rented to one party at a time of up to eight guests. For larger groups, an adjacent twin home is available at similar rates. All rentals are subject to a 7% Government Room Tax. Discounted rates do not apply during holiday weeks and special events. The availability calendar is updated every 24 hours. Rates and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not engage third party "discount agents". If you have any questions or concerns, please call.
Reservations require a 50% deposit and a refundable $200 damage deposit that is returned shortly after departure. Deposits for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. We advise you to purchase travel insurance; it is inexpensive and the smart thing to do. Amapola House is located in the quieter section of a residential beach area community and is not suitable for student or singles party groups. Amapola House is rented to responsible adults over the age of twenty-five.
